Terms of use — AeroExplorer

By downloading or using AeroExplorer, you agree to these terms and to the app's privacy policy. These terms complement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

The app's brand, design and code belong to Mobivalley and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Some content shown in the app comes from third-party services, such as maps, imagery or videos. That content belongs to its owners, and its availability depends on those services, which may change or remove it without notice.

Premium features can be unlocked in two ways, both sold through the App Store: an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly), which includes every Premium feature, or a one-time purchase (Premium lifetime), which unlocks the same features with no renewal.

About subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings, under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• Prices and features may change, with notice where the law requires it.

The one-time purchase (Premium lifetime) is charged once and does not renew. Purchases and subscriptions are available on devices signed in to the same Apple ID and can be restored with the Restore purchases option in the app's settings.

Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple, under its rules and applicable law.

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or meet all your needs.

To the extent permitted by law, Mobivalley is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or some features, and update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of the country where you live.
