Terms of use — LittleTube

By downloading or using LittleTube, you agree to these terms and to the app's privacy policy. These terms complement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

The app's brand, design and code belong to Mobivalley and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Some content shown in the app comes from third-party services, such as maps, imagery or videos. That content belongs to its owners, and its availability depends on those services, which may change or remove it without notice.

The app uses YouTube API Services and the official YouTube player. Videos stream directly from YouTube; the app does not host or store them. By using the app you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Some features require a subscription (LittleTube Pro), sold through the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
• Prices and features may change, with notice where the law requires it.

Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple, under its rules and applicable law.

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or meet all your needs.

To the extent permitted by law, Mobivalley is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or some features, and update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of the country where you live.
